This 3d wood pencil model was modeled from a Dixon Ticonderoga #2 Pencil. In addition, the sharpened pencil tip was cut slightly offset so that it looks a bit more realistic. The cut angle can be modified by changing the cut-revolve sketch at the bottom of the Solidworks history tree. Pencil sharpeners are always different and are never perfect. 😉 There is also a unsharpened version of this same 3d wood pencil model.

In the native SolidWorks format, the cord attached to the plug is set up to be modifiable. Alle the user has to do is replace the existing spline on the sketch with another spline or series of lines on the “Sweep” feature. So depending on the software you are using, this may be an option for you.
